The Sydney Women’s Rugby Union was established in 1995, providing a formal structured competition for clubs in Sydney to field a side

Providing rugby competitions for all variants of rugby including 7s, 10s and 15s for senior players

The winter season runs from April – August with 15s and 10s competitions across multiple divisions allowing players from elite to new to play the game

The summer season runs from September – March focused on playing 7s tournaments with multiple divisions allowing players from elite to new to play the game
